Get The Red Carpet Look: Alejandra Espinoza

Did you see Alejandra Espinoza on red carpet? Flawless! Since we're beauty obsessed we asked Univision’s top makeup artist, Franz Munoz, to share the inspiration and “how-to” steps using L’Oréal Paris and Urban Decay products necessary to replicate her naturally beachy sun-kissed look.

INSPIRATION: Alejandra wanted a natural, yet polished, look. Franz used warm colors on her, including a light plum liner on eyes, coral on cheeks to give the look of a natural flush, and soft rosy lips to give a bit of contrast with her sexy green ivory bathing suit cover-up dress. The final look was a beachy, yet very sophisticated and elegant. 

MAKEUP STEP-BY-STEP:

STEP 1: Create a perfect canvas using L'Oréal Paris Youth Code Texture Perfector Pore Vanisher as a skin primer to give a nice dewy, radiant complexion

STEP 2: Gently dab the L'Oréal Paris True Match Super Blendable Makeup in Golden Beige to contour. Blend in with the L'Oréal Paris True Match Super Blendable Makeup in Caramel Beige to create a sun-kissed caramel glow. No powder needed to keep the look fresh and dewy.

STEP 3: For the eyes, apply the darkest shade from the L'Oréal Paris Colour Riche Eye Shadow Quad in Absolute Taupe over your entire eyelid and the medium-colored one in the crease. Use the lightest shade from L'Oréal Paris Colour Riche Eye Shadow Quad in Perpetual Nude along your brow bone. *Secret tip: Franz added a bit of Urban Decay Heavy Metal Loose Glitter in Goldmine to make the makeup more llamativo

STEP 4: To highlight the eyes, first add a winged line above the upper lash line with a fun summer green shade from L'Oréal Paris Silkissime Eyeliner by Infallible in True Teal. Beneath the lower lash line use the L’Oreal Paris Silkissime Eyeliner by Infallible in Pure Purple. as it’s a perfect color for daytime that plays well with tan to darker skin tones.

STEP 5: Apply two coats of L'Oréal Paris Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara in Black to the upper lashes.

STEP 4: On the apple of your cheeks, lightly dab the blush from Urban Decay’s NAKED FLUSHED in Native for a natural flush and highlight the cheek bones and nose with its built-in highlighter.

STEP 5: Create a polished glossy lip using L'Oréal Paris Colour Riche Extraordinaire Liquid Lipcolour in Rose Melody.
