Essential Oils: Lemon, Peppermint & Lavender Essential Oils

Are you interested in learning more about what you can do with essential oils? There are so many and it can be overwhelming so I wanted to share my favorites scents from one of my favorite brands.  

Essential oils continue to be all the rage with their endless beauty uses (glowing skin and moisturizer, etc.)  and therapeutic uses (massage oil to reduce aches and pains, can fight cellulite and more). 

About Lemon Essential Oil:
Lemon Essential Oil is extracted from the rinds of lemon, which lends its fresh citrus fragrance. This cold-pressed oil has a strong bright scent that is both refreshing and uplifting. Its astringent and purifying properties also make it a great aid to help cleanse and tone the skin, while delivering a boost of Vitamin C antioxidant benefits.

About Peppermint Oil:

  • This essential oil is recommended for external use only.
  • Tip: Lavender Essential Oil is great to use around the house and can even be used to freshen laundry. Add the calming scent by placing several drops of lavender essential oil on a clean cloth and tossing into the dryer during the cool-down phase.
