Spring has sprung and its a great time to get physical & get outside. With outdoor events like: Wanderlust 108 Festival in Chicago sponsored by Cottonelle® I am inspired to mix-up my yoga practice. Why? Lately, I've been just trying to work out at the gym and have neglected the flow.

4. Leggings

Yes, I probably spend more on leggings than "pants" because I wear them way more often. There's nothing like a new pair of yoga pants to get me motivated to take class, or just be active.
