Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach stopped by Amazon’s live stream fashion and beauty show Style Code Live to talk about doing her own makeup for pageants, her YouTube channel of makeup tutorials and her TSA packing tips for glam.

Yeah! I just watch tutorials online and it's really a lot of trial and error. And of course I consult my trainers, makeup artists. I ask them did I do well, or is this okay, what should I change? So I didn't get it right, right away. Well I like your makeup.
Miss Universe on her TSA packing tips for makeup:
Oh! Yeah I always make sure that my makeup is with me, I’m hand carrying the makeup. I never have it checked in. For a lot of reasons, you don't want to lose your luggage. You can't go to battle without your sword. You can't go into a competition without your makeup. So that’s number two, you can't get off the plane without makeup. And then, also, I like my makeup. I don't want the compacts to break, the powders to break if it's checked in.

I actually don't remember which videos. I remember I would look at celebrity inspiration and then try to look how they do their makeup. I try to look for a celebrity that maybe has the same features as me or the same skin color or same eye shape. Then I try to copy the eye makeup or whatever. And then eventually I started to learn what looked good on me.
