6 Summer Trends to Try from Walmart Fashion

There are so many trends to try it can be overwhelming. I've added my favorite 6 that are really easy to try out. I've also included size inclusive pieces and styles. Please note that there is so much more available on Walmart.com and this list is simply a place to start!

1. One Piece Dressing

At this point, I almost exclusively wear dresses because I love how easy they are to wear and transition from casual to dress with the change of a bag or shoe. Think maxi and mini dresses, rompers and jumpsuits.

2. Bold and Bright Colors

Just add a pop of color to any look. Don't be afraid to try out a neon hue. You can add color in to form of an accessory or go full out and wear it from head to toe. I love adding summer brights to my closet in the summer.

3. All White Everything

This one is personally challenging (as a New Yorker, the default 'color' is black). However, there is no better way to keep it cool during the heat of the summer than in white (and very light colors).

4. The Slide Sandal

Go from dressy to casual with a slide. I love a shoe that is simple in design, comfy and makes the rights statement.

5. The Woven Accessories

This trend is very 'picnic' chic to me. Yes, I mean that in the best of ways, a picnic just seems so romantic anyway. Grab a bag or hat in straw, raffia, cane to really set off your summer look!

6. Bold Statement Jewelry

A t-shirt and jeans can be elevated with jewelry in bold & bright colors. Why not try big earrings, chunky bracelets and necklaces in rainbow brights!
