Bring a hydrating beverage: spring water, electrolytes of some kind, watermelon juice, etc.
Protective skincare: sunblock, bug spray, gloves, long sleeves or pants in case you’re allergic to grass, etc
The bathroom might be questionable so bring wipes, sanitizer, or whatever helps you feel clean and happy.
Consider the temperature, environment, and terrain: check the ground for glass, dog poo, etc. be strategic about the time of day whether you’re more comfortable having a lot of people around or fewer, early morning or sunset for cooler temperatures in the summer, etc.
Interval training can sometimes work better for folks on a hot day because there’s a set time for intense work followed by ample recovery and time for hydration on repeat.
