Jenny Packham Fall 2012: Bewitching Glamour

Hairstylist Leonardo Manetti for L’Oréal Professionnel channeled high glamour from the film noir era as seen on the Fall 2012 Jenny Packham runway during an early 7 am call time this morning at Mereceds Benz New York Fashion Week.

Manettifashioned this period look by first dividing the hair into front and backsections at the crown.  Next, Manetticreated victory rolls in both the front and back of the head.  The front victory roll dipped down ever so slightlyacross the forehead, while the back roll was formed using a hair net, thenmolded into a wide U-shape.
To achieve thestyle, Manetti prepped the hair with L'OréalProfessionnel Volume Expand Volumizing Leave-In Spray($24.00 / 4.2 fl. oz.), then blow-dried with a flat brush. After sectioninghair, Manetti sprayed each section with L'OréalProfessionnel Infinium 2 ($24.00 / 11 oz.) hairspray, then teased them to create volume and texture before victory-rolling.
The entire lookwas finished off with L'OréalProfessionnel Infinium 3 ($24.00 / 11 oz.) hairspray tomaintain the shape and L'OréalProfessionnel Perfect Shimmer ($21.00 / 5.8 oz.) for addedsheen.
