Teen Choice Award’s Breakout Artist Winner Carly Rae Jepsen certainly looked like she was having a “Good Time” as she glowed both on the purple carpet and on stage performing the Summer Song-award winning hit, “Call Me Maybe.” Celebrity makeup artist Desirae Cherman reveals exactly how she gave Carly her glowing look below. To complement her fresh and clean makeup look, Cherman “decided to do a smokey eye to bring an element of drama to the look.”
