Santigold to Headline The Music Experiment in Chapel Hill

MTV Iggy’s, The Music Experiment is heading to Chapel Hill!  The very talented, singer, song-writer and rapper Santigold will perform a free concert in Chapel Hill on Thursday, August 30^th.  Santigold who hascollaborated with mega artists such as, Jay-Z, the Beastie Boys and Mark Ronson will perform a variety of her new songs off her latest hit album “Master of My Make-Believe".

The latest stop for Intel and MTV Iggy’s The Music Experiment concert series will be North Carolina with breakout recording artist Santigold. The Music Experiment is a free concert series in which fans tweet for tickets to themed shows in four U.S. cities. After the successful kick-off concert with the Icelandic band Of Monsters and Men this July, each event in the series will continue to synthesize music, art, fashion and digital media into an epic audience experience.

During the program, each fan tweet using #musicexperiment will incrementally zoom a satellite map and reveal locations where fans can obtain ticket, venue and theme information for the live shows. Each show will feature uniquely themed musical performances in unusual, visually stunning venues where audiences become creative collaborators through live Instagram, Facebook and Twitter integrations.
