Gear Up For Gifting: The Sharper Image

With the holiday season right around the corner its time to gear up for gifting. I have teamed up with The Sharper Image to share my favorites in gadget gifting, whether you gift to a friend or a loved one or just keep it for yourself is up to you!

 

I always need help keeping all my gadgets in order so when The Sharper Image Relaxx arrived I was curious to see what it was all about. Billed as an alarm clock and docking station, the Relaxx plays iPad, iPhone, and iPod and has dual Apple docks that charge two devices simultaneously.

 

First up iPod docking easy pop-up docking station here and to play music I just choose source and select iPod. The speaker output provide solid sound quality and clarity whether you're playing from your iPod or iPad. Also, for non-apple devices there is a USB port for charging.

The device is sturdy and stable and since I have it set right at my bed its easy to play music from a connected device, or watch videos from YouTube or Netflix. After a few days I discovered my one of my favorite things to do with the Relaxx read a magazine on my Ipad while I listen to music (as pictured). Last night I read the new InStyle while listening to David Bowie.

Also, the Relaxx features an auto-set clock with dual alarm and gradual wake as well as a digital FM radio with station presets.
