Lost in Fashion With @FreePeople

Free People welcomes fall with a voyeuristic exploration of Tokyo, taking inspiration from Sophia Coppola’s ‘Lost in Translation.’ The brand’s October catalog titled ‘Lost in Tokyo,’ is lensed by famed photographer Guy Aroch who captures models Elsa Hosk and Eimi Kuroda on their adventures.

Free People Sophia Coppola Inspiration

The ‘Lost in Tokyo’ catalog plays off of a neutral palette of ivory, brown, black and white complemented with unpredictable pops of color throughout. Layering plays a key role as well, as the season transitions into fall. Delicate knit sweaters, flowing skirts, and patterned pants are paired with knee high boots and beanies, creating effortlessly beautiful looks. With the holidays right around the corner, the catalog gives a first look at Free People’s party dresses, featuring velvet, lace, and silks adorned with embroidery. A variety of jackets and coats are the perfect statement pieces topping off each look.
