Hercai: Love and vengeance, the internationally acclaimed drama that has captivated audiences worldwide, is set to conquer U.S. Hispanic viewers this summer with a two-hour premiere episode that will introduce an epic love tale filled with romance and unexpected twists, steeped in cultural traditions.
Set in the ancient town of Midyat, in the historic Mardin Province of Turkey, Hercai: Love and vengeance tells the story of Reyyan Sadoglu ( Şahin ) and Miran Aslanbey ( Akinözü ), an impossible love driven by revenge and betrayal. The plot unfolds as Miran carries out his vengeance plan to honor his parents’ death, an act instilled by his grandmother who made him believe his parents died at the hands of Reyyan’s father. Meanwhile, Reyyan’s desire to escape the yoke of her grandfather, pushes her into Miran’s arms. She will fall in love without knowing Miran’s true intentions, and he will discover the love between them is much stronger than rivalry and hate. As a result, Miran and Reyyan will have to overcome many obstacles and confront their own families to fulfill their love.
Two-hour premiere episode will air on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 starting at 9pm/8c.

Hercai: Amor y venganza, el internacionalmente aclamado drama que ha cautivado al público a nivel mundial llega este verano a Estados Unidos para conquistar a los televidentes con un estreno de dos horas que presentará una historia épica de amor llena de romance, giros inesperados y tradiciones culturales por descubrir.
La historia toma lugar en la antigua ciudad de Midyat, en la provincia de Mardin en Turquía, y cuenta la historia de Reyyan Sadoglu (Şahin) y Miran Aslanbey (Akinözü); un amor imposible que nació de la venganza y la traición. La trama se desarrolla a la vez que Miran lleva a cabo su plan de venganza para honrar la muerte de sus padres, un acto de ira inculcado por su abuela, quien le hace creer que sus padres fueron asesinados por el padre de Reyyan. Por otra parte, el deseo de Reyyan de escapar del yugo de su abuelo, la llevará a los brazos de Miran.
