Unique Earth-Friendly Jewelry: The Story Of reVetro
The story of a piece of jewelry should be a beautiful as the piece itself.
When I first saw some reVetro baubles I was intrigued by the backstory of the handcrafted works. I got my hot little hands a necklace from their new upcycled glass copper charm line and learned all about the line.
reVetro is a daughter and mother-in-law team (Kelly and Leslie) located in San Diego, California. The pair have been designing and creating jewelry together since 2000. Their passion for upcycling discarded wood, metal, fiber, paper and glass is the inspiration behind all of our lines. With four decades of experience in repurposing, reVetro is powered by endless innovation.
The inspiration behind these charms materialized over the past year as the duo tried to find ways to repurpose an entire bottle without leaving any glass behind. These unique tear drop and copper framed square charms are handcrafted from the glass remnants of other designs. Every glass charm in this line is one of a kind. Want to see more?
