Lanvin F/W 11/12 Collection: Shows Us How to Dance to Pitbull!

Lavin's new viral campaign, shot by Steven Meisel, features Raquel Zimmermann and Karen Elson dancing in Lanvin to Pitbull's "I Know You Want Me" as if they are doing some basic moves from Dance Central 2 or it was sponsored by Malibu Rum. I would say this is a pretty accurate example of models dancing, just pop into NYC's MeatPacking District hotspots like SL, Avenue or 1OAK on a Tuesday night and this kind of 'dancing' is de rigueur. Nevertheless, the video is both irreverent & fun and includes a Hitchcock style cameo from label designer Alber Elbaz. 

It is also a nice juxtaposition to the beautiful but much more serious Lanvin F/W 2011/2012 Runway Presentation.
