Red Carpet Hair: Emily Blunt

EMILY BLUNT'S TORONTO FILM FESTIVAL STYLE STATEMENT INSPIRED BY A NYFW SPRING 2013 HAIR TREND
New York Fashion Week's Spring 2013 trend of slick, shiny side parts seen at Helmut LangHervé Léger by Max Azria, & Erin Fetherson were celebrity hairstylist David Babaii's inspiration for Emily Blunt's red carpet look for the premiere of her movie "Arthur Newman".
To re-create this look, David Babaii shampooed and conditioned her hair with IT&LY's Pure Shampoo and Pure Conditioner. For the perfect sleek, shiny look he applied White Sands Orchids Oil and massaged this into the hair making sure every strand was polished. Next, he blow dried with a medium paddle brush lifting the hair at the base while smoothing the rest bone straight.
After the hair was completely dry, he sprayed IT&LY's Pure Definition Hair Spraythroughout for total control and style hold. After creating a side part, he applied a small amount of IT&LY'S Pure Modeling Wax to the top sections, slicking her into a low slightly off-center pixie ponytail. David secured this with a clear elastic band and blonde colored bobby pins to give the appearance that the pony was suspended in time. The result is on trend with ultra-shiny hair.
